Union Gathering 2025

Union Gathering & Graduation|10th - 12th July 2025

This year’s Union Gathering will be held on Thursday 10th and Friday 11th July, followed by Graduation on Saturday 12th July. If you’re attending the Gathering, you’re very welcome to stay for Graduation, and if you’re graduating we’d love to have you here for the Gathering as well!

Union is a truly global community of students, mentors, pastors, church planters and supporters, and we want to make the Gathering as inclusive as possible across the Union family. We will provide hybrid delivery on all plenary and interactive breakout sessions for the Gathering. Whether you join individually or get together with a group near you, please do book an online access ticket and join us if you’re not able to come in person!

We’re also making plans to create an enjoyable interactive schedule for graduates joining remotely on the Saturday – further details about this will be available in the coming months.

Please add as many of each ticket as you need before you check out – you can add all the tickets you’d like from across the options below before clicking on the trolley icon at the bottom right corner of your screen to complete your booking in a single transaction.

Please note, these tickets do not include accommodation costs. If you wish to stay on site, please contact bookings@ust.ac.uk to check availability. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
