Christchurch-Union Collab Programme: Apply Now!

Are you looking for hands-on ministry experience with theological training?

You are invited to apply for the Christchurch-Union Collab Programme, a church-based training residency that combines practical ministry experience with in-depth theological training through Union School of Theology.

Christchurch Newport’s heart is to be a church together, to make Christ known, to all. We desire to play our part in the training and development of emerging church leaders and workers. The hope for this programme is that it will help to equip a coming generation to love, serve and lead within the local church. This residency is open to all prospective UST students (MA or GDip), and applications are especially invited from those wishing to pursue future church-planting.

Alongside studying at UST, successful applicants will serve alongside experienced ministers as church trainees, gaining practical administrative and pastoral experience in specific areas of ministry. Particular responsibilities, financial support, and the duration of the residency will be tailored to each applicant.

Places are dependent on successful interviews with both Christchurch Newport and Union School of Theology. Apply now:
