Booking your place
Overnight tickets include Wednesday and Thursday night and all meals between Wednesday dinner and Friday breakfast. If you’d like to stay for lunch on Friday please indicate this when completing your booking so we can be sure to cater for you, and we can arrange for payment to be made separately.
Rooms for non-residential students are usually twin-occupancy, so please indicate if you have any special requirements. Book early to avoid disappointment!
Day tickets include attendance to the whole conference and lunch and a hog roast dinner on Thursday. If you’d like to stay for lunch on Friday please indicate this when completing your booking so we can be sure to cater for you, and we can arrange for payment to be made separately.
NB: If you are residential student and will be living on campus for the academic year, please book a day ticket for the Gathering, as your accommodation will be included in your residential booking request.
For all tickets, make sure you select ‘Pick up’ as the shipping option to avoid shipping charges being added to your order. There are no physical or digital tickets - just sign in when you arrive and we’ll register you.
Over these 2 days at our September Gathering (14th-15th), we want to encourage you in your studies, ministries, learning communities and theology, making plenty of time to enjoy friendship and fellowship together, and of course the week wouldn’t be complete without a hog roast! There will also be time on the Wednesday afternoon for students to meet the staff and find out about the new Classter student information system.

Alternative accommodation
Alternative accommodation is available in the local area too, some within walking distance of campus, and of course there’s always AirBnB!
